By scheduling an appointment through Handy Earth’s online booking system, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions regarding Hands Off Club Initial Consultations, Handyman Labor, and Project Estimates.
✔ Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment is considered confirmed once you receive an email and/or text notification. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at (803) 792-1035 or info@handyearth.com.
✔ Service Area: Handy Earth currently services homeowners in Charlotte, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and surrounding areas. If your home is outside our service area, we will contact you to discuss availability.
✔ Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate contact details, home address, and service requests when booking. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in appointment cancellation.
✔ Complimentary for Prospective Members: The Hands Off Club initial consultation is free for homeowners considering membership.
✔ What to Expect: During this visit, we assess your home’s maintenance needs, discuss available plans, and answer any questions.
✔ No-Show & Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows may result in a delay in future scheduling.
✔ Hourly Labor Booking: Handyman services are scheduled based on an hourly labor rate, with a minimum service charge of 2 hours.
✔ Materials & Supplies: The customer is responsible for purchasing or reimbursing materials and supplies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
✔ Scope of Work: All work must be within the agreed scope. Additional tasks beyond the original booking may require a separate appointment.
✔ Cancellations & Rescheduling:
✔ Consultation Fee: Some Project Blueprint appointments may require a consultation fee, which may be credited toward your final project if you proceed with our recommended service providers.
✔ Estimate Validity: All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
✔ Third-Party Contractors: Handy Earth sources trusted, vetted contractors, but final contracts and pricing agreements will be between the homeowner and the selected service provider.
✔ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your consultation.
✔ Rescheduling: We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
✔ Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): A fee may apply for late cancellations.
✔ No-Show Policy: If you fail to be present at the scheduled time without notice, you may be charged the minimum service fee for handyman appointments or be required to pay a rescheduling fee for Project Blueprint consultations.
✔ Service Guarantee: Handy Earth strives to provide top-quality service. If any issues arise, please contact us within 7 Days for resolution.
✔ Limitations: Some repairs or services may require specialized contractors. If a task is outside our scope, we will provide recommendations for a qualified service provider.
✔ Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure safe access to the work area and disclose any relevant home conditions (e.g., prior damage, hazardous materials).
✔ Handyman Labor: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
✔ Deposits for Larger Projects: Some handyman or home improvement projects may require a deposit before work begins.
✔ Refunds: Refunds are issued only for services that cannot be completed due to factors within Handy Earth’s control.
Handy Earth reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes affecting their scheduled services.
